Selim’s place was wonderful… the other guests were courteous, the space was very clean, including the shared kitchen and bathroom. I felt safe and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the T and grocery stores, several good restaurants, and a beautiful park. I would definitely come again!
I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it three times, staying an extra 24 days in total. I got very lucky with my housemates, most of whom became good friends, but the house itself is ideal. My room was spacious and uncluttered, and it was great to have access to good kitchen and laundry facilities. If the kitchen didn't have something, I could ask Selim and he always provided what I needed. When the oven stopped working, he replaced it asap. The location is just what I wanted: somewhere comfortable to work from, and where I could visit green spaces to see the autumn leaves after work. Olmsted Park, Jamaica Pond and the Arnold Arboretum are all great places to get some air. (And the restaurant Tonino's is a great place to get tiramisu!) Short walks to Stop & Shop, Whole Foods and CVS. I will 100% stay here again when I come back to Boston - and I still don't want to leave! Thank you for an amazing stay, Selim.
Stayed here for about a month on as a med student in violet room. 8 minute walk to bus and train. Street parking was adequate although street cleaning one side of the street every week. Tenants were clean and respectful. 5 minute walk to Dunkin’ and local grocery market stop and shop. Selim was responsive and helpful to any questions I had. Facilities were clean with washer and dryer in basement with fully functional kitchen. Overall very impressed and would highly recommend looking to stay in Boston :)
